Sources say the Tarhes are already beginning to recruit players for 2019.
Tarleton High’s offensive lineman has been among the most high-profile recruits for the program.
Sources say the offensive line has been a focus of interest, and that the Tarleton coaching staff has been working on a program that would use the experience of the players to develop new talent.
Tarheels defensive coordinator Matt LeCras is also working with the offensive lines.
A source with knowledge of Tarhel’s recruiting plans said LeCra and his staff are currently working on recruiting prospects to fill spots on the defensive line and linebackers.
Tarhels linebackers coach Mike Koehler is expected to join the Tar Heels coaching staff in 2019.
LeCras’ hire has been linked to an impending coaching change at the University.
